Helpful Guide for Registering for the first time

Great News!

Your account info is already created, so registering for Winter will be a breeze.

You can also peek around the Family Portal to update any personal info (change of school, address, health info, etc). 


Families new to Wildfolk:

Firstly, we are SO glad you'll be joining us this Winter! 


While our Parent Portal/Registration system is generally an intuitive system, as with anything, it isn't perfect. There are a few elements that are a bit tedious, so we appreciate your patience. 

Please Contact Us if you experience any issues or need any support in completing your registration. 


Registration Notes


Creating Your Account

  • Please add your Partner/Other Guardian as your "Additional Contact."  You can choose to "cc" them on emails, too. 

  • We recommend you use your email as your username



  • Once your Account is created, it'll take you to the Reservations page of the Parent Portal. 

  • Under "New Reservations" click "Add a Person to my Account" to add your child(ren). 


  • For Winter Camp, you'll have the option of signing up by day. If you select all 5 days of the week, it will automatically calculate your total at the discounted week rate. 

Other Notables:

  • Your Primary Contact should be someone other than yourself.

  • Your Secondary contact should be someone whom we could contact in an emergency. 

  • You should add as many folks to the Authorized Pickup list as you think might be picking up your kids. You can add non-account folks too, like Nannies, Grandparents, Neighbors, etc.
