What to bring to camp
"I just wanted to thank you for another wonderful summer at Camp Wildfolk. J regularly came home singing the camp songs, talking about the Moonwalkers and Buckeye, and regularly demanded to go to camp on Saturdays and Sundays. We really appreciate all you do to make it a welcoming and comfortable place for him. Thanks again and looking forward to seeing you all next summer!"

What to Wear
-
Comfy clothes that can get messy!

Closed-Toe Shoes are highly recommended
-
Spirited Dress-Up according to theme (you'll be emailed this well in advance). Elaborate costumes are not required. Instead, a little creativity is encouraged. Guides will always help a camper that forgets to dress-up or didn't have anything specific. No need to stress!
what to leave home
-
anything illegal or obviously dangerous (duh)
-
toy weapons
-
electronics (sometimes a camper really wants to bring something to camp to use for an elective -- we're able to make exceptions with the understanding that things happen in a busy camp environment).
-
anything that a camper would be bummed if it got lost, broken, dirty, misplaced, or used by other kids

She is grounded and happy when she is with you and your team and it’s just so nice to see her relax and have real fun!”

My kids all LOVED Wildfolk. The counselors were fabulous and the activities were great. Each of my kids came home at the end of each day (and the end of the summer) raving about what they had done. It has a small, homey feel and the kids really feel like they have ownership over the activities and it is truly focused on them and their needs. I highly recommend it

The counselors really made a beautiful impression on my children, and I'm grateful for the warm and friendly atmosphere that kept them safe, happy, and having the summer camp experience I'd hoped for them
