Winter Camp '26

"My daughter is usually very anxious when starting a new program but she relaxed right away and was really excited to go each day. Kudos to the camp leaders who are clearly passionate about working with kids and helping kids foster friendships. Both kids got to pick a few breakout activities that they worked on during the week like robotics, sports, theatre, and painting and got a chance to show off their new skills at the end of the week. Winter Camp is held at our East Valley camp for 3 joyous weeks this Winter Break.

We offer a range of programs for kids ages 4-14, including some that are available by the day.

*We do not have camp on Friday, 12/25 and Friday, 1/1. Additionally, there is no afternoon extended care on Thursday, 12/24 and Thursday, 12/31.

1st- 5th grade

Wildfolk Free-Range

Campers enjoy a blend of connection-making activities with their same-grade teams and mixing it up in Activity Hubs, based on interests. Hubs vary each session, but typically include: Crafty Hub, Robotics Hub, Games + Sports Hub, and Drama Hub.

Film Makers Camp

Collaborating in small groups, campers create short films, from brainstorm to final edits, culminating in a screening at week’s end (and shared via Wildfolk YouTube). This is a camper fave!

Fiber + Felt Makers Camp

A special exploration of felt + fiber arts including Needle Felting, Weaving, creating Felt pouches, and more! Projects influenced by camper skills and interests.

Pre-K, TK, & Kinder (ages 4+)

Young Folks

Campers enjoy a variety of age-appropriate activities including art, movement, sensory exploration, imaginative play, storytime, and much more! Weeks 1 + 2 are "Free-Range"- with use of outdoor field, too.

Tinker Explorers Camp

Explorers Camp involes open-ended activity stations, prompts, and invitations to create.

A variety of robotics and tinker activities are available, including: Cubelets, legos, circuits + gears, STEAM challenges, & more!

7th- 11th grade **

Guides-in-Training (GITs)

A leadership development program for tweens + teens with opportunities to support campers directly and/or work on organizational skills with HQ Office support. Please note, this is a small, casual program without formal workshops or trips like Summer
