
Team Leadership Coordinators
Each Campus is led by a Site Director and supported by Assistant Camp Coordinators, a Staff Coordinator, HQ Coordinator, and a Teen Program Coordinator.
Under the guidance of the Executive Director and Site Directors, the Leadership Coordinators support their campus operational team and infuse magic into the camp experience.
These positions are competitive and intended for highly experienced educators and youth development professionals with strong leadership capacity.

Asst. Camp Director (ACD)
The Assistant Camp Director (ACD) is responsible for supporting the Camp Director with the oversight of the day camp program. The ACD will directly supervise the Camp Staff and support the Team Leadership Coordinators. They oversee all special camp events and logistical operations.
The Assistant Camp Director must have experience leading a team of adults, minding small details, and overseeing multiple projects at one time. The ACD must provide flexible support to many areas of camp, including camper safety, staff support, social media marketing, and camp family communication.
It’s imperative the ACD be adept at forward thinking, always looking ahad to the next camp session; and also able to be flexible and adapt plans on the fly (staying aligned with camp protocols and values).
At the heart, the Asst. Camp Director models camp culture in everything they do- infusing camp magic, silliness, thoughtfulness, and joy into interactions with families, campers, and staff.
Prior camp experience is preferred and ideally this individual is looking to return for multiple summers (though of course life happens!).

Main Responsibilities:

Oversee event preparations, including schedules, supplies, and task lists for special camp days.

Maintain organized camp storage areas and conduct regular inventory checks.

Coach Guides on executing activities and manage the Camper Showcase schedule, ensuring all materials are ready in advance.

Lead daily staff morning meetings, keeping the team updated and facilitating on going coaching/ training.

Float around camp to lifeguard for safety, manage urgent needs, and support other camp staff.

Capture photos, videos, and create social media content to share the camp’s story.

Provide proactive support for camp operations, stepping in to assist with tasks or manage urgent needs.

Assistant Camp Director regular hours are 7:35am-3:20pm.
Mondays: 7:05am- 3:20pm
Minimal additional pre-camp meetings to prepare for Staff Training and TLC training
