What to Expect at Camp Wildfolk's Thanksgiving Break Camp (Nov 23–25, 2026)
When Is Thanksgiving Break Camp?
Camp Wildfolk's Fall Mini-Camp runs November 23–25, 2026 (Monday through Wednesday of Thanksgiving week) for campers ages 4 to 15 (Pre-K through 9th grade).
Where Does It Take Place?
Fall Mini-Camp is held at Wildfolk East Valley, hosted at Adat Ari El, 12020 Burbank Blvd., Valley Village, CA 91607.
What Will My Camper Do All Day?
Campers choose from a handful of themed programs built around Camp Wildfolk's project-based approach:
Clay Makers
Escape Room Makers
Tinker Explorers
Young Folks Cozy Camp (our youngest campers)
Crafty Explorers
There's also a one-day Wacky Wednesday special built into the week for schools with only Wednesday off, like Citizens of the World: East Valley. Regular hours are drop-off from 9:00–9:30am and pick-up from 2:30–3:00pm, through the Camp Carline.
What About Food and Allergies?
Our East Valley campus is a Kosher campus, so all food — packed or purchased — must be vegetarian (no meat or shellfish; dairy and non-shellfish fish like salmon or tuna are fine), and no peanuts. An optional Snack Bar and Kosher Lunch service can be pre-ordered through the Family Portal. If your camper has a nut allergy, call our office before registering so we can talk through the details.
How Much Does It Cost, and What If Plans Change?
Registration carries a $20 non-refundable fee per camper, with full payment due by November 1st (installment plans are available if you register early). Each program has its own rate, outlined on the Camp rates page. For extra flexibility, optional Camp Protection Plans start at $50/session and cover cancellations or mid-session illness.
Do You Offer Before- and After-Care?
Yes! Wildbunch extended care is available before camp (8:00–9:00am) and after (Happy Hour 3:00–4:00pm, or full PM through 5:30pm), pre-registered or drop-in.
